BongoBongo Rules
Please read our full Terms and Conditions for more comprehensive terms that apply.
1. General Rules
1.1. Betting Age Limit: Betting is prohibited for minors (people under 18 years). When we have doubts about a customer's age, we will request a photo ID as proof of age.
1.2. Time of Acceptance of Bets: Bets are accepted only on matches for which the website has placed odds. All bets will be accepted until the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after that time, the bet will be void. In the event of a dispute over timing, the time recorded on the website at placement will govern.
1.3. Bet Confirmation: At kick-off, unconfirmed bets will be automatically cancelled. Only bets for which a confirmation message was shown and the stake deducted from your account are accepted. Please confirm your bet and wait for the on-screen confirmation, then verify your account balance.
1.4. Odds Fluctuations: All odds are subject to fluctuation relative to market dynamics. If you have staked before an odds change, your return will be based on the odds at the time of placement.
1.5. Customer Responsibility: Customers should make themselves aware of all market rules before placing a bet. In any dispute, we reserve all rights to settle bets in accordance with our rules and regulations.
1.6. Settlement or Market Disputes: In the event of any dispute, settlement will refer to the official websites of the relevant league, competition, or football authority. If data is not publicly available, settlement will be made on data from the official competition website or, if unavailable, data transmitted by our Data Providers. Settlement data can be obtained on request from Customer Support.
1.7. Can't find an answer? Contact us via email: support@bongobongo.ug or via Customer Support telephone numbers listed on our website.
2. Market Prices
(Also referred to as Odds)
The house will make available games and odds for as many games as possible. We reserve the right to:
2.1. Delay settlement or void betting if the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially.
2.2. Void any market if a match is reported to be under suspicion of manipulation by our Fraud Detection System.
2.3. Void betting in the case of any obviously incorrect displayed or calculated prices.
2.4. Correct settlement at any time in the case of an incorrect settlement of markets.
2.5. Void any market if the general implied rules of a sport are violated (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, or format of a match).
2.6. Void any market if the rules or format of a match differ from our implied information.
3. Accumulators
(Also referred to as Multiples)
Players can accumulate events for higher returns. Combined odds are calculated by multiplying individual odds. If any selection in an accumulator loses, the entire accumulator is lost. There is no limit to the number of matches a customer can accumulate.
4. Match Cancellation
When a match is cancelled or postponed, the odds for that match revert to 1 (stake returned). For accumulators, the remaining selections are calculated and winnings paid.
4.1. If a match is abandoned and will be replayed from the first minute, it is cancelled and a new match ID is generated.
4.2. If a match is abandoned and will be finished, the match ID remains the same.
4.3. If a match is postponed with a rearranged date within 48 hours, the date is changed and the match ID remains the same.
4.4. If a match is postponed with a rearranged date beyond 48 hours, the match is cancelled and a new match ID is generated.
5. Duration
All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes of play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra time, penalty shootouts, or golden goals. For friendly matches, markets are settled on the actual result when the game finishes (excluding extra time), irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played.
6. Rights
6.1. We have the right not to accept bets from clients who do not agree to our rules.
6.2. We reserve the right to void betting if the market remains open when goals, red/yellow-red cards, or penalties have already taken place.
6.3. We reserve the right to void betting if the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card.
6.4. We reserve the right to void betting if odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 minutes).
6.5. We reserve the right to void betting if a wrong score is entered; all markets will be cancelled for the period in which the incorrect score was displayed.
6.6. We reserve the right to void betting if a match is interrupted or postponed and not continued within 48 hours of the initial kick-off date.
6.7. We reserve the right to void betting if team names or category are displayed incorrectly.
6.8. We reserve the right to limit the maximum bet for individual events and to limit or raise the maximum bet for specific persons without explanation.

If a match is postponed or delayed by more than 36 hours, all bets will be void.
If the match format/regulation is changed without prior notice and does not correspond to bet conditions, bets are void. Exception: if overall match length remains 90 minutes, match bets stand but half-specific bets are void.
If home and away teams are mistakenly swapped, all bets will be void — unless the match is played at a neutral venue.

12. Tennis Rules
General
All match bets are valid until the end of the tournament. If the tournament is cancelled or interrupted and not finished, bets are void.
Court surface information is indicative only. A change of surface, venue, or indoor/outdoor does not void bets — all bets stand.
If a match is delayed or postponed for any reason, all bets stand until the end of the match or tournament.
If a super tie-break decides the final set, it counts as a set consisting of one game.
Player Retirement / Disqualification
If a player retires or is disqualified and at least one set is fully completed: Match Winner bets and all previously settled bets stand. Handicap bets on games are void regardless of score.
If the first set is not completed: only bets with already-determined outcomes stand. All other bets are void.
Examples
Example 1: Match Nadal vs Federer abandoned at 1:0 (6:2, 0:3) — Nadal retires.
Bets on Nadal (-2.5), Federer (+2.5), Over/Under 21.5, Set Betting 2-0/2-1/1-2: void.
Bets on 1st Set result, Match Result, Set Betting 0-2: settled as winners/losers.

Federer (+3.5): win. Nadal (-3.5): loss (could not win regardless of remaining play).

Set Betting 2-1 / 1-2: void.
