How to Withdraw

Withdrawing from your BongoBongo account is quick and straightforward. Follow these simple steps to access your funds:

1. Log in to your BongoBongo Uganda account.

2. In your profile, click on Withdraw.

3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw from the available account balance and confirm.

4. BongoBongo will process your request, and you'll receive the funds in your chosen mobile money wallet (MTN or Airtel) within one hour.

Important Notes

• The minimum withdrawal amount is UGX 2,000.

• BongoBongo does not charge any fees for withdrawals.
