Complete the registration form that appears by entering your phone number, national ID, and select a password of your choice.
2. Deposit Money into your Betting Account
Using Mobile Money (Available to MTN Uganda Mobile Money or Airtel Money Registered Phone Lines only)
Log into your Bongobongo account.
Click the Deposit button at the top of the screen. Or click the + sign on your balance.
Select DEPOSIT.
Enter the Amount (Minimum = UGX 1,000 and Maximum = UGX 4,000,000).
Click on DEPOSIT.
Then check your phone. A deposit pop up window will be sent to your phone.
Enter your Mobile Money PIN to confirm the deposit.
A Deposit confirmation message will be sent to your phone after you have submitted the deposit.
The balance should be updated instantly in your betting account. Sometimes, due to delays from the network, the deposit may be delayed. In case of delay, refresh any page after approx 10 minutes and check for the balance update. Otherwise call or message our Customer Care numbers or email.
Airtel Mobile money deposit can also be done from the phone.
Note: Please note that you must only deposit from the Airtel line which is registered under your BONGOBONGO account.
From your phone, dial *185# to access your Airtel Money Menu
Select option 4 (Pay bill)
Select option 9 (Others)
Enter Business number 555881 (for Bongobongo)
Enter Amount you wish to deposit. There is no minimum, but we recommend 1,000 shillings
Enter Reference/Reason for payment: <>
Select 1 Confirm your payment
Enter your Airtel Money PIN
Wait for the Confirmation Message
Note: When you place a deposit, a charge may be deducted by your service providers whether it is MTN or Airtel.
3. Place Bets
Place Bets
Log into your Bongobongo account.
Click on the bet ODDs of the game you would like to BET on
the selected game and ODDs will appear on the BETSLIP, at the bottom of the screen.
If you want to have more than one game in a BETSLIP, keep selecting different match bet ODDs to add to your BETSLIP.
Once you have added the last game on your BETSLIP, click on the BETSLIP.
Choose your stake and click PLACE BET to submit your bet.
A bet confirmation message will be shown on your screen after you have submitted the bet.
Click on Bets on the bottom right of the screen to view all placed bets.
4. Withdraw Money from your Betting Account
Through Mobile Money (Available to MTN Uganda Mobile Money or Airtel Money Registered Phone Lines only)
Log into your Bongobongo account.
Click the Account picture at the top right of the screen (next to the balances).
Click WITHDRAW.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from the available account balance (Minimum = UGX 1,000 and Maximum = UGX 4,000,000).
Click WITHDRAW.
You will receive funds into your selected mobile money wallet shortly.
