Gambling is an exciting adult leisure pursuit and, at Bongobongo Uganda, we want our customers to enjoy betting and gaming with us. We are committed to providing our customers with an efficient, secure, fair and socially responsible service. We therefore have in place a number of measures that we believe both assist and reassure customers.
Gambling whilst under the age of 18 is a criminal offence and Bongobongo takes its responsibilities to prevent access by under-18s very seriously indeed. Appropriate age verification checks are carried out across all our businesses.
Bongobongo uses sophisticated age verification systems and procedures to minimise the risk of underage customers from using our on-line services. Nevertheless, we recommend that parents and guardians who use a family shared computer to install filtering software in order to restrict internet access to children and minors.
There are a number of parental filtering solutions that can be used to monitor or restrict access to the Internet:

www.cybersitter.com – a filtering software which allows parents to add their own sites to block.
www.saferinternet.org – a website which is co-funded by the European Union and provides comprehensive information about internet filter software and also offers a free test version.

We offer a Deposit Limit facility to enable you to limit the amount of money that you are able to deposit online into your account on either a daily or a weekly basis. These amounts may be revised downwards at any time but any increase will only be implemented after 24 hours following the request. To change your deposit limits click on "my account" and then on the "details" tab.
You can easily access a full history of transactions, withdrawals and deposits through the "My Account" section. Your balance is always available through "My Account" and from the Bongobongo home page. You can view your transaction history online for the current and previous year. Self Exclusion is a facility that we offer to help those customers who feel that their gambling is out of control and want our assistance to help them stop.
